General Shipping Information

Unless specially requested, we use UPS ground shipping as our standard shipping method. We charge by weight, size and location.Shipping is charged after the order is packed and weighed.

Drop Shipping

We offer drop shipping options. When placing an order, simply type in the shipping address where you wish to ship it. Please write in the notes if it is to be blind drop shipped. Usually, we will not send an invoice in the package if the shipping address appears to be residential. We will email your invoices. We will drop ship international orders. However, due to customs requirements, we will not blind drop ship international orders.

Domestic Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Time

To estimate when your order will arrive, you need to consider the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping option you selected. To estimate delivery time, Cultural Star uses the following calculation:

Available-to-Ship Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time

Example: An order that is estimated to ship in 1 to 2 business days and is designated as Standard Ground Delivery (3 to 7 days) is expected to arrive in 5 to 10 business days.

Express Delivery Option

We offer 1 Day, 2 Day and 3 Day Express Delivery options. Express Delivery charges are determined by your order's total weight and delivery destination.

Please note that choosing the Express Delivery option will only reduce transit time. It will not reduce the time for your order to leave our warehouse. To estimate delivery time, Cultural Star uses the following calculation:

Available-to-Ship Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time

Example: An order that is estimated to ship in 1 to 2 business days and is designated as Next Day Air (1 day) is expected to arrive in 2 to 3 business days..

International Orders

Cultural Star currently ships to the following countries:

Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Canada. Cayman Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Guam, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Monaco, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands (British).

Unless specially requested, all international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited service. Average transit time for international shipment is 5 to 7 business days plus 1 to 2 business days for processing.

Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.
